This Post is a Tribute to Kobe Bryant. Honoring his Legacy & Impact on Hip-Hop Music.
KOBE’s INFLUENCE ON THE HIP-HOP COMMUNITY:
Kobe’s impeccable NBA career was often incorporated into the rhymes of hip-hop’s elite throughout the 21st century. With artists such as Lil Wayne,Kanye West,Drake and Nicki Minaj all name-dropping the five-time NBA champion on various tracks, check out a list of 15 times rhymers paid homage to the Black Mamba below. So slam dunk #onetime for KB. So I’m just going to call the following #15 and future Songs that Reference others as a #NAMEDROP for #24-KB.

Sidenote: I love that Weezy F Baby created and dedicated a whole damn song to Kobe, I never even knew about the following until I watched/listened…and he did it while he was alive and doing great things as an NBA Champion. Kudos to Lil Weezy for giving #24-KB his Flowers & Showing Love while he was here vs. after. It’s pretty dope if you think about it, along with many others who did the same for #24KB as well, just a shout-out.
THE #24-KB “Black Mamba” Effect, NBA FACTS of an UNDISPUTABLE G.O.A.T Legacy:

Facts on Lil Wayne & Kobe’s Affiliation:
Lil Wayne was also a pretty close friend of Kobe Bryant’s, I love how he dropped his album last night/this morn 2AM, I got the notification from my hip hop community. The name may be a bit strange to some, as we can see Wayne’s style has gotten a bit deeper and darker. However, the title could be looked at as “fitting” as an artist dealing with the pain of a friend’s loss & the whole grieving period, regarding upcoming Funeral Services that are being organized and worked out within the month of February for #24KB.
Wayne’s New Album Title is called: FUNERAL –“Closed Casket, as Usual.’Album Review, Is Coming Up on The Next Post.

#RIP KOBE BYRANT #23
As many of you know by now. The “World” really lost someone great, someone, who seemed so near & dear or phenomenal rather. An Entrepreneur, family man, hard-working man, role model, Five-Time NBA Champion. Just last Sunday morning (Jan.26th of 2020) (Former NBA Lakers Champion) Kobe Bryant tragically passed away in a helicopter crash in the hills of Calabasas, California.
The Unfortunate Facts of the recent events| #9 People total, lost their lives in:
In addition to Kobe’s death, Bryant’s 13-year-old daughter, Gianna (aka GiGi) was also on board, in addition to the Pilot and #7 additional Friends/Family members that were friends of Kobe’s – and also Coached & trained the girls for their basketball team at the Academy owned by Kobe. He is survived by his other three daughters and his wife, Vanessa.

Jestificated’s Feelings On KOBE BRYANT Passing | #KB’s HUGE IMPACT On HIP-HOP:
Honestly, I literally broke -down in tears about the whole ordeal just yesterday…took three days of shock and being in a frozen state of mind to hit me, plus life. It’s hard to watch, listen or even avoid the news, tributes etc, especially when it’s someone like Kobe Bryant. Somehow, it seemed as though I wasn’t alone, which was refreshing somehow but still extremely devasting. Then, of course, I think of Kobe’s beautiful wife Vannessa and his three gorgeous girls (+ the Newborn Baby girl) – so Tough to hear, but unthinkable and no words if you are family or friends….that usually is the case in any loss of life, but this was different.
Despite the horrible news, I want to try and keep it somewhat positive by honoring the legacy of the NBA CHAMP & GOAT of BASKETBALL -LAKERS TO BE EXACT!!! Many probably feel like KOBE got to live the dream (Playing Basketball and Getting Paid). With that said, he really did get to live his dream, be successful, provide for his family, others, create opportunities, raise awareness by taking a stance on a platform or being endorsed by major Brand names/Labels like Nike.
Obviously -I wish I could have gotten the opportunity to have met Kobe, take a pic, or simply just to watch him play ball live #ONCOURT. I actually always dreamed of going to watch the Lakers play at STAPLES Center in Cali (Specifically, while Kobe was playing) but yea, that didn’t happen. However, I’m thankful for all of the other things that I witnessed Black Mambo do throughout his entire 20-year career! That’s pretty rare to witness, even from the couch.
This is why many people are having difficulty accepting the truth and moving on, you just didn’t see it coming. Like Shaq said, he always thought he would be griping with Kobe till they were like 80 years old over old plays on re-run like old folks do, rough time for him, all of LA, the Teammates, former coaches, family/family of all #9 victims onboard. Simply Because Everyone’s Life is Valuable and #Equal, no one is less or more because of celebrity status, despite how it may appear and feel, yes a status will always boost your reputation and perks in life general….But make no mistake we all are come in this world and leave this world the same way, so -just wanted to let my Hip-Hops Peeps know.
In honor of KB aka “THE BLACK MAMBA” aka #THEGOAT #KobeTheGREAT or simply Kobe Bryant the Legend. We all know when he was in the game ” Bro was in the Game” like on period! lol, He had no days off type workouts and discipline, hard work etc…who doesn’t need to take notes from “Mambas” Playbook on how to live your life right or simply just “How to Win”. When KB rolled out on the court he never played to lose.
I also find it incredibly fitting that post-retirement he then took his talents home and practiced being a father of four beautiful daughters, alongside his gorgeous wife Vanessa, I’d say Kobe is going to be the hardest loss of my generation. However when you see these celebrity sports fields on your TV for #20 years, root for them at these games, buy tickets….you become more attached, due to them being a public figure.
